How can I get these songs? I really want them... any help will be appreciated.

'She's Gone' is on the Sweet Troubled Soul single, you could get it from Amazon.co.uk
'School Ya' is on the Somewhere Across Forever single, that sold out so you're looking at upwards of £10 for it from ebay/second hand on Amazon.

hmm... i was hoping for better options. i pay my dues. go to every concert when they are in town. April will be my 3rd concert. I have paid in full for both albums. Bought a couple of singles off Napster. On my personal email, my signature is a link to stellastarr's website. I promote the band to people that never heard of them, which is practically everybody. NOW, I want what's due to me....

There are people on this board who have been with the band since the beginning, who have seen them in double figures, who buy loads merch or are part of the street team. I'm sure they would feel like they deserve free stuff even more than you.
Anyway, of course those songs are available for free via less legal channels. I don't think it's a particularly good idea to advertise where though, especially not on the band's OFFICIAL messageboard.

Agreed. And for many of us, stellastarr* is our favorite band. Hell I have a tattoo of the asterix in honor of stellastarr*. Good things come to those who wait. Considering the fact they've been playing "she's gone" at their live shows, you might be lucky enough to hear it when you see them.

A band doesn't owe you anything just because they simply exist. It's actually your choice to buy their songs and promote them.
I've been a big fan of U2 since I was a little kid and have dumped hundreds of dollars on their music, merchandise and shows. There's no way I would expect to get anything more than the next person because I like them a lot.

There are ways of getting things beyond the mainstream. If you want the songs so bad, maybe you should consider trying a little harder instead of whining about it.

Er....... ebay? 'somewhere across forver' (featuring 'School Ya' if i'm not mistaken) is always on there, though you do have to pay a bit for it!

there are TONS of StellaStuff that I want, too but I take the time to hunt for it instead of thinking it is DUE to me. Try looking at HMV.co.uk or Amazon.co.uk to find what you're looking for. But you're going to have to pay for it....just like the rest of us.

I already had the SAF UK version, but I wanted the US one too (despite the track content being the same.)

I used the stellastarr* shop before it changed company and they sent me another UK one!! Grr... I returned it months ago and not heard a thing back.

Now, when emailing the shop they said there's not a lot they can do considering they're a different company altogether. :(
