You can record them using a program such as Audacity, my mp3 my, etc. and then just save them as an .mp3 file. That's what I'm going to go ahead and do. Good finds, thanks for posting the links.

haha. what exactly was the point of turning a 128kbps file into a 320kbps file?
you can't improve the quality since all you're doing is stretching the information that's already on the file. so you're just making the file bigger.

Well... Obviously I didn't know what the quality was at, because I didn't download it that way... I went through the painful process of recording it...
